Shipping & Delivery

1.  If I purchase your products from your website, where the products could be shipped from? Is there free shipping on your website?
There are different options on our website, such as the US, UK, DE/FR/ES/IT, JP, CA. China.
For US, UK, DE/FR/ES/IT, JP, CA, we will ship form our warehouses but we clould only ship to the mainland address. For example, we can ship if you live in California, but it won't work if you live in Hawaii.
For filaments and resins, free shipping for above countries. But the 3D printer and the 3D pen need you to pay for shipping because we only could ship from China now.
If you live in other countries or regions, please choose the China option. We don't have corresponding warehouses, so you need to pay for shipping.

2. How long will the order deliver?
Normally, if you choose the US, UK, DE/FR/ES/IT, JP, CA option, you will receive the parcel within 4-9 business days after you placed the order.
If you choose the China option,  you will receive the parcel within a month.
Due to the impact of the covid-19, the delivery time maybe will be delayed.

4. Should I pay the duty fee if I purchase the printer from your website?
There is the duty-free for filaments and resins that are sent to the mainland fo US, UK, DE/FR/ES/IT, JP, CA.

1. What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment by PayPal.

2. Why is your website available in different currencies, but the price is in the US dollars when you pay?
We only accept the payment in USD dollars on our site. Due to US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars. If your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in Paypal.

3. Can I cancel/modify my order?
If you haven't received the shipping notification, please e-mail sales@reprappertech.com with your order number and your request to cancel/modify and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse.
Our customer service will help you cancel or modify the order within 24H after receiving your email. Since the email is not an instant reply, we may find that your order has been sent when we process your email within 24H. In this case, we can only say sorry for that, and we can't help you cancel or modify the order anymore. So please check the order information carefully before placing the order.


After-sale Warranty

If you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund or an exchange, you can send a message to our after-sale Customer Service (Email address: reprapper.sophia@hotmail.com), they will reply you in 24 hours (except weekends) and give you further information and some useful advice.
But please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
